VICKI FIELD

Vicki has been a theatrical agent all of her professional life. After graduating from Oxford University, she joined Scott Marshall Personal Management, where she developed a particular expertise in the commercials arena. This eventually led her to move to ICM, where she set up and became Director of its Commercials Division, which she then ran very successfully for two years. In this role she worked on a number of significant name-led campaigns as well as all commercial activity for ICM's large and significant list of acting and presenting talent including John Gordon Sinclair (Tesco); Anna Chancellor (Sure); Hamish Clark (Vodafone) as well as many others.

A natural entrepreneur, Vicki had the idea to establish a stand-alone commercial agency in 2002, and with her drive and clear vision behind it, TCA was born. She has built upon her existing reputation with casting professionals, advertising agencies and production companies alike, specialising in innovative campaigns and celebrity placements both here and abroad.
